Best Things I Cooked This Year!

What’s the best things I cooked this year? I’m listing it all below. Since having the twins I’m slowly catching up on making creative and new recipes. Rather it’s dinner or desserts I love having people enjoy my food! I want to be that mom after her kids grow up and goes to college and they’re like “let’s go to mommy house for Thanksgiving, because I know she will throw down in the kitchen!”

My mom wasn’t the biggest cook and barely cooks now that we’re well overgrown. My mother in law cooks the best meals and some recipes I’ve used has been hers.

Vegan Pumpkin Banana Bread

If this wasn’t on your Thanksgiving List, it needs to be on your Christmas dinner list. Everyone in my family loves it. I shared it to my email subscribers – so if you love pumpkin plus bread you’ll love this amazing vegan pumpkin bread recipe then subscribe now.

Vegan buttery biscuits

What is this? The best vegan biscuits EVER! That’s what! I may be a little bias, but it’s the easiest recipe I’ve followed so far. Maybe soon I would be sharing these with my email subscribers. It’s so easy, that my husband was making them at least three times a week! These goes well with chili, homemade gravy, and rice with beans.

Lemon Pound Cake w/ Lemon Glaze

I have only made this once, and my husband reminds me every other week that I need to make more. My family loves it! It has the pound cake texture with the pop of the taste of lemon and lemon zest. So tangy and sweet!

VEGGIE STEW

A fellow vegan friend gave me this recipe last year to try. Needless to say, I tried this and it was so good! Potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cilantros, and spices. Paired this meal with some garlic bread and it was the bomb.com!

Next year my “Best Thing I’ve Cooked This Year” will be filled of food that makes me happy. While I was pregnant and a little bit after having the twins, I haven’t spent too much time in the kitchen.
